• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To start a return, contact us at sari.nasanen@gmail.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Instructions will be in finnish and english.
• Please note that every piece have been individually hand made, which makes every piece a little bit different.
• If you want to change your order to another product contact us at sari.nasanen@gmail.com

Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
